Squad Goals CEO Aimee Howells wanted to ensure that the first ever Squad Goals – Collective Sessions Live was captured so that her messages, network and their stories could be amplified beyond those who were in the room. The event info was:
Welcome to the full recording of Squad Goals: Collective Sessions in Manchester on 8th October — where athletes, innovators, and creators came together to explore ownership, wellness, tech, and impact. In this session, you’ll hear from: OPON (featuring Ifem “Iffy” Onuora) Athleet (Aled Jenkins) Jamie Proctor (on “Play It Forward” / financial ownership) Prorizon (co-founders Joly & Claire) The event was part of the Squad Goals venture studio’s Collective Sessions series, designed to uplift athlete voices, showcase emerging ideas, and build pathways into ownership and co-creation.
Creative Approach:
- With a large space being occupied by the event and the potential for attendees being spread out – rather than a traditional seated auditorium set up – we set up a wide angle camera up high at the back of the room to be able to capture the entire space, and then a main camera at ground level following the event as it unfolded.
- The full event including slide decks and presentations has been edited together so that the entire evening can be shared with anyone interested.
