Project Brief:

Focus Shift Films was commissioned by GoodWe and their installation partners in Ireland to document and showcase a commercial solar panel and battery storage installation project. The first GoodWe ESA All-In-One system in Ireland was successfully installed and commissioned in Co. Clare. The objective was to create engaging video content that demonstrated the quality of the installation, highlighted the benefits of GoodWe’s technology, and captured the expertise of the installation team. Through a combination of project coverage and on-site interviews, the content was designed to build trust with potential customers by showcasing the reliability, efficiency and user-friendly nature of the equipment. This was the biggest install of its kind in Ireland to date – at the time of filming.

Creative Approach:

• To effectively communicate the scale and professionalism of the installation, we focused on capturing the entire journey of the project through a combination of cinematic visuals, detailed installation footage and real-world operational shots. Our team documented the installation process from multiple perspectives, highlighting the workmanship involved while clearly demonstrating how the solar panels and battery storage systems were integrated into the property. This approach allowed viewers to gain a genuine understanding of the technology and the practical benefits it delivers.

• Alongside the visual coverage of the installation, we conducted interviews with key members of the installation team to provide authentic insight into the project. By allowing the engineers and installers to explain the system’s features, reliability and ease of use in their own words, the content delivered a credible and informative narrative. The final video combined technical expertise with engaging storytelling, creating a valuable marketing asset that helps GoodWe and its partners demonstrate their commitment to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions across Ireland.
